MYSA Fields
Unless otherwise noted, games are played at one of two locations. All U8, U10, and U12 games are played at the Healey Complex (Purchase Street). All U14 and Mites games are played at Jim Braga Field (Field of Dreams).

Lightning Policy
When Thunder is heard or lightning is visible, play needs to be suspended immediately and we need todirect all players, coaches, referees and spectators to appropriate safe areas. In our case, we direct everyone back to their cars since we do not have any shelters. The snack shack is not a viable shelter nor is any tree or any portable tents. Any adult coach, board member or referee should immediately suspend the game without any hesitation.
30 minute rule- Once play has been suspended, wait at least 30 minutes after the last thunder or visible lightning strike to resume play. If the game resumes and lightning returns, the same 30 minute delay to re start the game is in effect. If the league cancels games due to weather for any reason, players and coaches shall not take the field for any practice.
Weather may force the referee to terminate the game. If the field becomes soaked and is rendered not safe due to lack of traction or puddles, the referee may terminate the game. Refer to Coastal game rules 9B regarding games that can be rescheduled.
This policy is in effect for all games, practices and special events including camps.
